This is a printable gratitude Journal Kit. It includes 8 PDF files that you can print at home to create your own gratitude journal! This journal has a beautiful sunflower theme and a variety of pages and styles for you to work with. It includes a cover page to personalize with your name and a daily log sheet. There are three different styles of papers to choose from, a dotted sheet, a lined sheet, and a grid sheet. Choose one or combine them! They are fun to write on as well as draw. Also, included are three worksheets. First, a "My heart is Full" worksheet to show all the love that surrounds you. Second, a "pay it forward" worksheet to help you set goals of kindness, and third a Prayer Sheet to help you organize and visualize your prayers.
