This is a handmade wooden compass with the lovely face of the smiling sun at its center. I create a pallet using poplar wood that has a nice fresh look to the wood. The celestial artwork is wood burned by hand. The sun's smiling face is very welcoming and shows that it is always there for us no matter where our adventures and travels take us in life. This is a calming piece of wood wall art, so I think it would work wonderfully as nursery wall decor. However we adults appreciate this boho feel as well; try it in an entryway, relaxation room, or on a sun porch.
