The power of positivity is reflected in this piece of wall art, with the positive phrase "Always believe something wonderful is about to happen". I chose this deer family peaking out through the forest scene because I think it has a very tranquil feeling. The goal is to find calm in your mind, just like the calm that can be found in the woods. So hopefully, if this piece finds its way into your home, it can help to create a peaceful space.
It is handmade using reclaimed fencing. I lightly sand down the wood, leaving much of the natural patina created by the outdoor elements over time. I try to keep the wood as rough as possible to really capture a rustic feel. Slight cracks and nail heads are left "as is" for added rustic texture. The artwork and lettering are all wood burned by hand. The beautiful brown color created with pyrography, "drawing with fire" is a perfect complement to the reclaimed wood!

Christy's artwork is beautiful and exactly as described! It arrived way sooner than expected and was actually gift wrapped. The hook on the back was not centered so it did not hang straight but it was an easy fix.
